GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE

The Governance Committee (GOV) (formerly Directors Nominating Committee(DANCOM)) has absorbed the old Policies & Procedures Committee (P&P) and deals with governance issues.
Governance Committee(GOV) Mission Statement

  • Review new and renewal applications for the Federation's Board of Directors and make recommendations to the Board.
  • Evaluate the contributions to the Board.
  • Make recommendations concerning Board composition.
  • Increase professional development and education of the Federation.
  • Assist other Committees in these related issues.
